Full Course Refunds

Available within 14 days of enrollment if less than 25% of course content has been accessed. Perfect for those who realize the course isn't quite what they expected.

Technical Issues

Full refunds provided when technical problems prevent access to course materials for more than 48 hours, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 5 business days.

Duplicate Purchases

Accidental duplicate enrollments are refunded in full when reported within 30 days of the duplicate purchase date, regardless of content access.

Course Cancellations

If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability, participants receive full refunds plus a 10% credit for future course enrollments.

Please note: Refunds are not available for courses completed beyond 25% content access or after the 14-day eligibility period, except in cases of technical issues or course cancellations by glorivatheno.

Our team reviews your request within 2 business days, checking eligibility criteria and course access records. You'll receive an acknowledgment email with a reference number.

We notify you of our decision within 5 business days of receiving your request. If approved, we'll explain the next steps and expected processing timeframes.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your financial institution.

Total Processing Time: 12-17 Business Days

This includes review, decision, and payment processing. We'll keep you updated throughout the entire process with email notifications at each stage.

Payment Methods & Processing Times

Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method. Here's what you can expect based on how you paid:

Credit Cards: Refunds appear as credits on your next statement, typically within 5-7 business days. Some banks may take up to 14 days to show the credit, especially for international cards.

Debit Cards: Processing time varies by bank, usually 3-10 business days. Australian banks typically process faster than international institutions.

Bank Transfers: Direct refunds to your account typically take 2-5 business days within Australia, or up to 10 business days for international transfers.

PayPal: Refunds appear in your PayPal account within 24-48 hours but may take additional time to transfer to your linked bank account.

If your original payment method is no longer valid (expired card, closed account), we'll work with you to arrange an alternative refund method, which may require additional verification steps.

Special Circumstances

We understand that sometimes unusual situations arise. Here are some special cases where different refund considerations may apply:

Medical Emergencies: If a serious medical condition prevents you from completing a course, we may offer partial refunds or course transfers even beyond our standard timeframes. Medical documentation may be required.

Course Content Changes: If we make significant changes to course content or structure after your enrollment, you have 14 days from the change notification to request a full refund.

Instructor Changes: When a primary instructor changes mid-course, we offer either a full refund or transfer to a future session with the original instructor, if available.

System Outages: If platform downtime exceeds 72 hours within a two-week period, automatic partial refunds are calculated based on the percentage of course time affected.
